Can I return my products?

It's hard to get a boat back out to return the items to the island. At this time, Swiss & Robinson is not offering returns on any of our products and all sales are final.

Do your shirts run true to size and how thick are they?

Yes, they are true to size. However, if you want more information, please check out our size chart for specific measurements.

We print exclusively on "Comfort Colors" so that your shirt is a thicker, more durable, and higher quality material. Though they are 100% cotton, they have been pre-shrunk for almost no shrinkage at home.

When will I get my order and how can I track it?

Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 2-5 days for shipping depending on the final destination.

Once your order ships, you will be able to track your order with your confirmation number.

What if my order arrives damaged or I have an issue?

Oh no! A coconut bomb must have gone off! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and will try and make it right.

What do I do if I realized I typed the wrong address?

The salt air must be getting to you. We all make mistakes, please email us ASAP at Swissandrobinson@gmail.com with order details as well as the correct address. If we are able to catch it before we ship it out, we will gladly correct the address.

Ultimately, you are responsible for inputting the correct address at time of the sale, but we will do our best to help correct this issue.
